Processing Time

Sunny Baskets and Mats are all made by hand to order.
Therefore the processing time of an order varies from 1-2 weeks. Of course I do my utmost to process an order as soon as possible and ship within a week. 
For orders including 3+ items, the processing time is 2-3 weeks. I will always inform you, the customer, about this. 
In case of a special request for which an order should be ready before a specific date, please inform me and I will try my utmost to meet the request. 
Sunny Bowls and most of our single colour Sunny Mats are in stock and can be shipped within 2 working days. 

Shipment

All mentioned prices on the website are excluding shipment costs.  
Shipping fees are as per PostNL fees.

As soon as an order is sent, you will receive a confirmation email including the tracking link. 

Returns

All products (except for our Bowls) are handmade to order. 
Therefore it is not desirable that items are being returned. 
However, should there be an issue, this will be solved. Please contact me with your question/concern and together we will find a solution that makes everyone happy.

An item can be returned/exchanged in case: 

- This is within 14 days after receipt of the product.
- The return/exchanged has been agreed upon with me, the seller, through email/phone contact. 
- The item is in perfect condition and has not been used. 

Return process: 
- Send an email to info@sunnybaskets.nl with your request.
- After agreement, wrap the product carefully (use either the shipment box in which the item arrived or use your own box with appropriate sizes) and send the parcel to the below address.

As soon as I have received the item and confirmed the receipt in good condition, the full amount of purchase costs will be reimbursed. 
Please note: the return shipment costs are at the expense of the customer.
