Will I receive a tracking code?

Of course, as soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking link.

What is the processing time?

All products are handmade to order. Therefore, the processing time is 1-2 weeks.
I will always do my utmost to finish your order within a week and will keep you informed.

Please note: from March-June 2023, the baskets and two-tone mats will be sent from Portugal where Sunny and I are spending some time.
All orders will be processed within a week to ensure you will receive your order within 2 weeks. Moreover, the PostNL rates still apply.

Can I return a product?

All products (except for the Bowls) are handmade by me to order.
It is therefore not desirable that products are returned.
If there is a problem, I will of course solve this for you. Please feel free to contact me and we will look for a suitable solution.

A product can be returned / exchanged if:

- The trial period of 14 days has not yet expired.
- You have contacted me and we agreed upon the return/exchange.
- The product is still in new condition and has not been used.

Mijn pakket komt uit Portugal, klopt dit?

Dit klopt, een paar maanden per jaar verblijven ik samen met Sunny in Portugal. Hier maak ik alle manden en matjes extra zonnig en wel degelijk nog steeds zelf. De vervoerder is in dit geval GLS of DPD.

Usage & Cleaning

Can I wash the basket?

I recommend vacuuming the cat bed thoroughly at least once a week, as you do with your sofa, cushions and poufs at home. Use a crevice nozzle or simply the end of the hose without an attachment for this. This way you make the basket hair-free and it stays tidy.

If an accident does happen, you can wash it (after you have removed the worst dirt + hair by hand/vacuum cleaner) at 30 degrees in the washing machine. Make sure you use a minimum spin and let the basket air dry.

I recommend removing the leather label before washing, itmight stain. After washing, it is easy to attach the label again with a single stitch.

My cat won't go in the basket, what now?

Most cats love our baskets from the start. However every cat is different and they remain stubborn critters (and that's why we love them so much). In some cases it can take quite a while before a new item is accepted in the house. Have patience and try adding a blanket/piece of clothing with a familiar smell in the basket. Also consider placing the basket in a different spot. For more tips, read our blog post full of tips.

Are the Sunny foodbowls dishwasher proof?

The bowls are porcelain and handmade.
They are dishwasher safe, but I would still recommend hand washing them with love.

How is my basket/mat made?

All baskets and mats are crocheted by hand by me, Daniëlle, to order.

With what material is my basket/mat made?

The yarns used to crochet all baskets and mats are sustainable yarns made from 100% recycled cotton and have the STANDARD 100 by OEKOTEX certificate. No chemicals and paint are used for the colors.

I would like a basket/mat in a different size. Is that possible?
